There are an incredible number of dishes. Often we do not know what to eat, we cannot decide or we lack the necessary recipe. This is over now. We have a lot of super delicious recipes here that you can make yourself at home.

Spaghetti Bolognese: Sally’s World shows how you can make the classic pasta yourself

Who does not like delicious spaghetti with a delicious bolognese? The Italian classic will always be a hit and the best thing is that it simply succeeds. You will find everything you need here:

For 4 people:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 tablespoons hot olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 0.5 Tl sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 125 ml red wine
  • 2 tins of tomatoes, chunky, (400 g each)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt, pepper
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 100 g grated Italian hard cheese (e.g. Grana Padano)
  • 4 tablespoons flat parsley, chopped

Ratatouille: French home cooking from the oven

All you need are very simple ingredients. We have listed a shopping list for you here with all the products:

For 4 people:

  • 250 g of courgettes
  • 1 small aubergine
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 red and 1 yellow pepper each
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Herbs: 2 stems of basil, 3 stems of thyme and oregano each, 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100-150 ml vegetable broth
  • salt, pepper

Make your own Paella: Original Spanish recipe with seafood

The Spanish delicacy not only looks good, it tastes good too! Try it too and enjoy it!

For 4 persons:

  • 2 shallots
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 300 g rice (arborio or long grain)
  • 250 g prawns, gutted
  • 6 big tigers Prawns, gutted
  • 300 g mussels and/or seafood, depending on mood and taste
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 3 stems rosemary
  • 1 untreated organic lemon
  • 1.3 litres of vegetable or fish stock
  • Some corn salad
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch of saffron powder for the rice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
