Whether you want to try out the trendy sport of Stand-Up Paddling or really get your heart racing with kite surfing, the Salzhaff offers the perfect starting conditions for surf and sailing beginners thanks to its shallow water. With water that is approximately 2-3 degrees warmer than in the Baltic Sea, the Haff also provides ideal conditions for children to enjoy the perfect swimming fun. 200 meters further along lies the slightly wilder Baltic Sea, which offers optimal conditions for experienced kite surfers. Those who prefer a more relaxed approach can experience the wonderful Baltic Sea landscape up close along the Haff promenade and then enjoy the panoramic view from the 180-meter-long sea promenade. The small elevation “Schmiedeberg” also offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area.

Long walks, adventure playgrounds for children and your dog are included! At two different beach accesses, your best friend can enjoy the beach, summer, and sun. The coast “Devil’s Gorge” is designated as a dog beach and offers pure relaxation for all masters with its fine sand. Particularly recommended here is observing the rising or setting sun.
