If you do not tolerate the foreign food or water well, diarrhoea and stomach pills are very practical to get the gastrointestinal tract under control again. What is a must-have especially during a summer holiday is a natural Aloe Vera Gel. Aloe Vera Gel soothes sunburn and calms the skin. What is important for flight sickness: chewing gum.
