In the interview, she talks about her fitness tips and her favorite winter outfit, among other things. Before the interview starts, you can check out Emilia’s Instagram account here:

Emilia: Disciplined, pretty and open-minded

FIV: Emilia, you are known from Instagram and Musically as a pretty and outgoing girl. But what else is behind it? Tell us about yourself, how would your friends describe you?

Emilia: There’s not that much behind it, but I would say that people know and get to know me as an open-minded, funny and outgoing girl.

FIV: It’s easy to see that you are active in sports and do a lot of fitness. How often do you train per week and do you see the sport more as a chore or do you really enjoy working out?

Emilia: Yes, I would say that sports is a duty for me, because I started to do competitive sports at a young age (3 years old). Despite all that, I look forward to every training, because it is super fun for me. It always varies, mainly because of school, but I would say that I go to sports 3-5 times a week.

FIV: How do you motivate yourself to exercise so often, especially after school? Do you have any tips for my readers?

Emilia: It is very important to have a goal in mind and to follow it through regularly. I have set myself a certain goal and in order to achieve it, I can’t just sit around lazily, I have to do something for it. But you notice very quickly what you can achieve in short intervals and that motivates you of course. You do not have to sign up for a club or go to a gym, because there are very good alternatives that you can also do at home!

Negative comments as an incentive: Constructive criticism welcome!

FIV: Influencer David Belmonte told you to be so active on social media… Tell me, what is your relationship like? Is he just a friend or maybe your boyfriend?

Emilia: Our relationship is good and I’m very grateful to him for giving me an insight into social media life and now being active myself.

FIV: You’re still in school. When it all started with you on Instagram, you were certainly the number one topic of conversation in the schoolyard. These are usually not only positive comments, but also derogatory “hater comments”. Have you had many experiences in this direction and how do you deal with inappropriate criticism? Do you take it very much to heart?

Emilia: Yes, the topic “hate” plays a big role for many, but I don’t care about it at all. I see it more as an incentive. Constructive criticism, however, I find super.

FIV: You’ve built up quite a reach through Instagram and Musically alone, have you thought about starting YouTube or maybe writing your own blog?

Emilia: Yes, I also wanted to tackle YouTube, because many people want that, but I go to school and that’s my first priority. I wouldn’t be able to do it in time because I realize how much work Instagram is and I also want to upload videos at regular intervals. But maybe I will start a little later.

Elaborate outfits? Emilia just likes it!

FIV: On Instagram you always show yourself in sporty, casual outfits. Especially summer outfits seem to suit you very well, but what are your absolute must-haves for the winter? What do you like to wear to look stylish but also keep you warm?

Emilia: I am a total frostbite. I usually wear casual jeans, a sweater, Timberlands or regular sneakers and of course my thick parker can’t be missing. If it should be a little more chic and stylish, I like to wear white pants and combine that with my red winter jacket or a coat, because the contrast is very nice.

FIV: As an influencer, you certainly also work with larger companies and brands. Did you have a favorite among your collaborations so far and which brand would you super like to work with? Do you have any specific goals you would like to achieve?

Emilia: Working with companies is a lot of fun for me, because you also get to know a lot of new people. Of course there are always brands and products that you like better, but I didn’t have a top favorite. Since I really enjoy working with brands that go in the sporty direction, you hope to get to the really big ones at some point. There will be something coming soon and I’m really looking forward to it, but what that is you’ll find out soon.
