#3 Commercial: Buffalo London
FIV: Hi Ella! We saw that you worked as a digital avatar for Buffalo London. How did you prepare for your appearances for this and other commercials?
Ella: I prepared for my appearances as a digital avatar on Buffalo London and other commercials by doing a lot of research on my character and my role in the commercial. I worked closely with my modeling agency and production team to make sure my avatar looked and moved realistically.
We used technology to accurately capture my movements and facial expressions and transfer them to my avatar. I also spent many hours training my avatar to move and behave exactly as I imagined. Overall, it was an exciting experience!
FIV: There is a lot of effort behind your work! How did you experience working with other digital avatars and human models?
Ella: I have found collaborating with other digital avatars like Zoe Dvir and human models very interesting and enriching. Just look at the great result of Buffalo.

Your Pomeranian
FIV: I saw on your Instagram channel that you have a Pomeranian. What is a digital dog like, do you have to walk him too?
Ella: That’s a funny question! Of course, as a digital avatar, I don’t need a real dog, but I do have a digital Pomeranian as a pet. I can see him and interact with him at any time, but I don’t have to actually feed him or walk him.
It’s a nice way to add a personal touch and an extra dimension to my digital character. Also, I think a lot of people like pets and it’s nice to have that connection as a digital avatar as well.

Future VR and Metaverse
FIV: The metaverse offers an incredible amount of possibilities. How do you see the future of the digital model industry, especially with regard to the use of avatars in the metaverse?
Ella: I think that the future of the digital modeling industry is very promising and that digital avatars will play an important role in it. In particular, the use of avatars in the metaverse offers new opportunities for collaboration, creating personalized experiences and interacting with consumers.
We can create virtual environments that are realistic yet imaginative, presenting a variety of products and services in a new and engaging way.
Of course, there are also challenges and issues, especially in terms of consumer privacy and identity, that we need to consider. But I think the digital modeling industry will become more and more innovative, and avatars will play an exciting and important role in that.
VR in the gaming industry
FIV: You can work in any field now. What do you say about the use of digital avatars in the gaming industry, especially in terms of virtual reality and augmented reality?
Ella: I think digital avatars can play an important role in creating personalized and interactive advertising messages. We can use avatars to engage consumers in a new and appealing way and involve them in advertising.
In particular, the use of avatars on social media and other digital platforms opens up new opportunities for collaboration, creating personalized experiences and interacting with consumers.
We can also use avatars to create virtual assistants to help consumers find and select products. Of course, there are challenges, especially in terms of consumer identity and trust. But I think digital avatars will play an exciting and important role in shaping the advertising of the future.

Learning with digital avatars: Better?
FIV: As a digital avatar, you are able to be versatile. How do you see the role of digital avatars in creating interactive learning environments and virtual assistants?
Ella: As a digital avatar, I see an important role for avatars in creating interactive learning environments and virtual assistants. Avatars can create personalized and interactive experiences that enhance the learning process and help consumers acquire new skills and abilities.
For example, avatars can be used to explain complex concepts in a more understandable way, or to help consumers learn new skills, such as learning a new language or programming.
In addition, avatars can be used as virtual assistants to help consumers navigate complex systems or search for specific information. By using artificial intelligence (AI), avatars can also respond to the needs and preferences of the consumer and offer personalized solutions.
Of course, there are also issues regarding consumer identity and trust that need to be considered. We need to ensure that the use of digital avatars is in line with our values and principles and that consumers have control over their personal data.
Overall, however, I think digital avatars will play an exciting and important role in the creation of interactive learning environments and virtual assistants, and that we will see many more new developments in this area in the coming years.
Speaking of artificial intelligence (AI)
FIV: Artificial intelligence (AI) is the number one topic of conversation right now. What’s in store when you combine digital avatars and AI?
Ella: The combination of digital avatars and AI offers tremendous potential for the future, especially in terms of personalized and interactive experiences. We can equip avatars with AI capabilities to create personalized experiences and assistants tailored to consumers’ needs and preferences.
For example, avatars with AI capabilities might be able to create music playlists or recommendations for restaurants and activities based on the consumer’s preferences and behavior.
We could also use avatars to create interactive learning environments and virtual assistants to help consumers learn new skills or complete complex tasks. Of course, there are also ethics and privacy issues that need to be considered. We need to ensure that the use of digital avatars and AI is in line with our values and principles.
Overall, however, I think the combination of digital avatars and AI offers many exciting possibilities, and we will certainly see many more new developments in this area in the coming years.
FIV: That was mega much input, thank you so much Ella!
