Richert Beil’s latest collection blends structural boldness and sophisticated subversion, but more on the highlights later. I was a guest at Berlin Fashion Week for the runway presentation of Berlin designer Richert Beil’s fall/winter 24 collection. A look at the highlights of the fashion show and the label. Highlights include a combination of a casual, deconstructed leather top with flowing white trousers, as well as a futuristic interpretation of the little black dress, characterized by geometric cuts and an asymmetrical shoulder line that redefines the silhouette. In other looks, the concept of concealment is turned on its head; a seemingly simple ensemble becomes a provocative statement about anonymity and fashion through a mask-like face covering.

Underground Couture by Richert Beil
Richert Beil, an up-and-coming Berlin fashion label by Jale Richert and Michele Beil, has been breaking away from conventional fashion concepts since 2014. Their collections, known as “underground couture”, are characterized by avant-garde designs that challenge traditional gender roles and combine experimental materials with luxury Italian fabrics. The label focuses on inclusivity and sustainability by championing the creation of designs that can be worn by people of all genders and body types.
