Tip 1: Paragliding for adventurers

Paragliding is a big topic at the Forggensee and for us clearly on the first place of the activities. With numerous paragliding schools and the super location in the Bavarian Allgäu. the Forggensee is a true paradise for all who want to make the dream of flying possible.

Tip 2: Füssen for dreamy people

If you like fairy tales, you should definitely visit Füssen. Füssen is a town for true romantics and has a lot to offer with its high castle and the Benedictine monastery St. Mang. A day trip here is always worthwhile, because in addition to sightseeing, you can stroll in the city center and marvel at the beautiful handicrafts in the shop windows. To relax, you can sit down in one of the numerous cafés and enjoy a piece of cake.

Tip 3: Summer toboggan run for fun

Tobogganing in summer when the sun is shining, it’s warm and there’s no snow at all? No problem, it’s possible on the Tegelberg. Whether with the family or your partner, summer tobogganing is always fun. The best? As a bonus, you also get a wonderful view over the landscape and are out in the open. Tip 4: Boat trip for sea lovers

Going by boat across the Forggensee is a great experience. From the harbour in Füssen you can choose between a big and a small round trip. If you are travelling with a group, you can even get discounts with a group ticket. Tip 5: Therme to relax

The Königliche Kristalltherme Schwangau invites you to relax, unwind and switch off. In addition to the sauna area, which is available in the outdoor and indoor area, you can enjoy wellness treatments such as massages and day spar offers. Tip 6: Water sports for action heroes

In addition to a variety of Bavarian lakes, the Forggensee is also ideal for windsurfing. If you’re already a pro, you shouldn’t mind the treacherous mountain winds. If you want to take it easy, you can rent a boat at the Guggemos boat rental. Stand up paddle lovers are also catered for at a rental station here.
