The Content Book: Writing Good SEO Texts – Book Recommendation

Search engine optimization, so-called SEOs, are very important nowadays. While in the past, marketing still learned the classic advertising methods around direct sales or the distribution of flyers, today search engine optimization is one of the central tools. Especially when it comes to marketing products. For all self-employed people who own a small company, but also for the large online shops, search engine optimization on platforms such as Google, Bing, Yahoo or Yandex is a great help. Depending on which country you want to sell in. That’s why we met today with the author of “The Content Book”, Stefan M. Czaja.

Instead of a question-and-answer principle, we wanted to know today what exactly there are tips for search engine optimization that anyone can apply.

10 SEO Tips from the Expert

FIV: Search engine optimization sounds complicated, especially for those who haven’t heard much about it yet. If you break everything down to 10 simple rules, what would be your tips or what would be your checklist for SEO?

In fact, search engine optimization is complicated when working in areas such as real estate, insurance or financial products. But anyone who has created his own niche product, e.g. in the area of sustainable cups for drinks, clothing for children or tuning parts for automobiles, can move a lot with relatively simple tips. Let’s say 70% is possible through clean and structured work alone. We can take a detailed look at what exactly matters.

Text and Language

You write primarily for people, in the second thought only for search engines. Many of you hear about the magic word “keywords”, but don’t know exactly what it means. Keywords are search terms that are frequently used and are therefore an absolute must in well-written SEO texts. However, quality is more important than quantity. If you write texts only for the search engine, then you could simply write 1,000 times in a row: “Buy property, sell property, buy property, sell property, buy property, sell property…”.

But then it’s not that simple. What you need to do is be some kind of mirror, some kind of Wikipedia. This means that a portal provides its users with information with a certain added value. In the best case, of course, the aim is to be better than the competition, cleanly structured and generally easier to achieve. In addition, there is the internal linking, so that you link other terms in your blog when they are mentioned in an article. This keeps users longer on the site.

It is therefore necessary to create quality, to produce content with added value. As a rule, the texts should be at least 600 words long. Even better, of course, are texts with about 800 or even 1,000 words. If you describe an online shop article, 300, 400 words are enough. The texts should always be written in such a way that one would like to read them oneself and that they offer so much added value that “aha effects” are created.

  • Write texts the way you would like them to be read, putting you in the role of the reader
  • Use in your article, headings and body text words that are often searched for in the context of the current topic
  • link other pages on your blog, e.g. with a technical term, so the time users spend on your page increases
  • For articles you should collect at least 600, even better 1.000 words
  • For online shop products about 300, 400 words are sufficient

Analyses and software

Work from the beginning with web analytics, such as Google Search (free) and Google Analytics (free). Of course there are also programs that cost 400 Euro per month. Ultimately, however, the free version of Google is usually sufficient for the simple analysis. With Google Search and Google Analytics, the page can be checked for performance in search engines, through Google Search, the behavior of users, through Google Analytics.

Your big goal is to bring keywords and different pages to page one. Ideally, number one. This is where most of the user interaction takes place. You use Google Search for that.

The first important step in Google Search, you need to add a sitemap. If you use WordPress, you can use the plugin SEO Yoast to generate your sitemap. This automatically creates a sitemap, which contains all articles, products, categories and much more from your website. Each time a new page appears, the sitemap updates itself automatically. Google registers this by initially submitting the sitemap, which makes the site index faster. Indexing means that the page appears in the search engine.

As a rule, a new article starts on page 8, 9, 10, after which it will gradually ascend to page two, three or four. Therefore, it is important to expand the content after three or four months so that it climbs further up and reaches more and more readers. In Google Search the results can easily be viewed in a table. For example, you can see increases, but just as well losses.

A targeted page selection, in which it is worth investing time, is thus possible, since you are just before page 1, or also just before place 1.

This constant optimization shows Google that you are constantly improving your site and making the content more attractive for users. At the same time the visitors of your website get more and more informative content. A clear win-win situation, which increases both the placement in the search engine and the reach. That’s why it’s worth working with software from day one, my recommendations are Google Search and Google Analytics. Both can also be used wonderfully from a smartphone and thus be active on the go.

  • Use software from the beginning

  • If at any time you want to reach over 500,000 visitors a month, you can do planning with software tools like Xovi (fee required)

Link (Onpage)

Link relevant content from other websites. As mentioned before with the internal linking, your own values increase if you link suitable, already existing articles on your site. Not only the own, internal pages should be linked, but in the best case also external pages, which offer relevant content and represent an added value for the readers.

In the concrete example an optimal linking looks like this. If we stick with the topic real estate, this could be professional articles, e.g. from Spiegel, Welt or also the Handelsblatt. So if we report on a certain topic, for example the modernisation of old buildings, it is worth linking two or three external articles on the topic. If the Spiegel explains how old buildings can be cleverly tax deductible, the Handelsblatt informs about how to pass the modernisation costs on to the landlords. Through this linking, we offer users additional added value and in turn increase the time users spend on our own site.

It is important that these pages should open in a new tab so that the user does not leave his own website to visit other linked articles.

  • Good SEO texts should contain links
  • Internal links to similar articles or further articles
  • External links to relevant third-party content
  • External links should always be opened in the new tab

Backlinks (Offpage)

Get other relevant sites to link your articles themselves. Backlinks have the big advantage that on the one hand they send visitors directly to your own website, on the other hand backlinks show search engines that your own page might be relevant for a certain topic. But what exactly is a backlink?

Backlinks is an external reference to a website. In principle, the collection of backlinks can be illustrated by visiting a bar. We are standing at the bar, the bar is very well attended and a new visitor enters the room. Nobody talks about him, so I don’t notice him either. Next comes a person people start talking about. Left and right is whispered, of course I also become attentive to the person. Although I don’t know who she is, let alone what she does, I only see her in the context of the people talking about themselves. Immediately I also become aware of the respective persons and will perhaps even tell my conversation partner, look here, who is that? The more people talk about it, the more they become aware of something. The more backlinks you collect, the more important you become for search engines.

That’s why it’s worth collecting links in a targeted way, contact other blogs, other websites, try to create such good content that others take it up, link it or share it.

  • Backlinks are external links to your website

  • Backlinks increase the ranking of search engines

Charge speed

Remove from your side anything that could slow it down in any form. Loading speed is so important in this day and age, when 60 to 70% of traffic is delivered via mobile devices. Not everyone is in the immediate vicinity of a transmission mast, which is why it is particularly important that content is quickly available to the user. If your website takes ten, twelve seconds to load, it will be downgraded in relation to the competition. Accordingly, a page should always be “slim”, as minimal as possible.  Anything that increases the loading speed of the page should be disabled. With WordPress, for example, these are often plug-ins that are often installed but not really used.

But a much bigger problem are often photos and pictures. If you try to upload 10 photos with 10 megabytes each, you have already created 100 megabytes of traffic for a single page. With compressed photos, you can compress the photos to just 70 kilobytes and then possibly add a suitable YouTube video. Accordingly, 10 photos have only 0.7 megabytes left and the page loads more than 100 times faster.

We don’t need to go much deeper into the topic at the beginning, it is important to make sure that photos are as small as possible and that no unnecessary plugins run at the same time.

  • Page loading speed should be as fast as possible
  • All unnecessary should be disabled
  • Photos and graphics must be compressed
  • Disable unused plugins when using WordPress

Page URL

Use clear and legible URLs. Google, but also other search engines read the pages, the images and their file names with their algorithms very accurately. The more accurate such filenames are, the better they are readable and categorizable for Google. Therefore, you should always make sure that your page URL is neatly written and that all filler words such as “and”, “am”, “with” are removed.

I’ll just write you a small example that you can use later in the interview. What we often have in the advertising agency everyday life are customers, who e.g. create products, which are then named after an article number. For Google, of course, it’s absolutely impossible to tell what the URL is all about. That’s what best practice looks like:

  • “Bad URL”: www.example.com/p245
  • “Good URL”: www.example.com/sneaker-nike-air-mann-gruen).

Meta description from pages

Write individual meta-descriptions for each article, my tip for WordPress: SEO Yoast. Meta descriptions are the text excerpts that you can find in the search results on Google, or other platforms. If you don’t add your own meta-description, you will get one by chance.

Also here I would say, I will send you two good examples later, which you can use for the interview! Here the difference quickly becomes clear. In the first example, the search engine grabs a text that it finds to be reasonably appropriate, regardless of the excerpt, in the most unfortunate case e.g. the menu. The second example shows a meta description added by the webmaster or content manager.

  • No meta description: “Our services – Your contact to us – All offers – Apartment/purchase – Apartment/rent – House/purchase – House/rent – Property/purchase – Property/commercial …”
  • With Meta description: ?Houses and homes of one’s own to the purchase ✓ Current purchase offers for single family houses and terraced houses find with immobilo.de ✓ of their Germany-far … ?</li?

Social Media Signals

Activity and community, that’s what matters. As mentioned before, the length of time the user stays on the site is of primary importance, as is the interaction, which is why it is so important to set internal links so that the user interacts with the site. When it comes to backlinks, we’ve already learned that it’s all about setting signals that link to our website from the outside. Of course, this is not only possible with third-party providers, but also with social media networks.

The more active the users are and the more actively they are directed from social networks to their own Internet project, or on the contrary, the more often they share content from our Internet project in social networks, the better our own website will be ranked by search engines.

Simply put, this means use Instagram and Facebook to actively draw users’ attention to you. The more they talk about you, the better. A very strong link source is also YouTube, through video marketing you can create extremely sustainable backlink sources. Some videos are over 4.5 years on place 1 for a certain topic.

  • Use social channels
  • Link from your social channels to your website
  • Parts active Content of your website in social media
  • Create an active community that clicks on your site, but also shares your content

Images and Graphics

URLs should be clear and easy to read (keywords), images too. Therefore, when saving your graphics and photos, make sure that the file names contain important keywords. My recommendation is here, first put on keywords and used an image description for the second half of the filename.

Imagine you have a graphic with a social media manager holding a tablet in his hand. The article deals with social media monitoring. Now you bring both together in the file name. This looks like this, compared to a bad file name, e.g. if the photo comes directly from the camera.

If you insert your image into the body text, you should also make sure you give it a description. Such a description is then in the HTML code and not only gives Google an idea of what is behind this graphic, but also helps other people with disabilities, such as blind people when programs read the pages for them.

Contents with added value

Content with added value for rankings and virality. After all the tips I want to come back to the most important thing, content with added value. If you deliver the best article on a topic, the chances are high that it will be well placed. If you have not only one article, but several, preferably over 400, 500 articles, which you build up over a longer period of time, then your entire web project will be rated well. The be-all and end-all is therefore to provide users with new information that they can pick up, share and ideally even visit again.

So don’t just write texts as a job, but as an author who wants to offer his readers something. If you take all this into account, you can create a great online project. Let’s summarize the 10 points again, as a small SEO checklist!

Start up and start up

FIV: Start up and be an entrepreneur – what does that mean?

Being an entrepreneur means a lot of responsibility, a lot of work and of course a lot of fear of existence. Fortunately the medal always has two sides and so besides all the responsibility and the stress you also have wonderful moments, you reach your own goals and you improve day by day. I like to compare it with little Stephan, who liked to do sports and play football. Anyone who turns football into a profession and can then live off his hobby has done it all. That’s exactly how I see it as an entrepreneur. Whoever chooses a job or a business idea that they find good themselves will have fun.

But much more important is the responsibility, every day, no matter if holidays or weekends. Financial accounting, voice IP phones, set up notebooks, make important phone calls, really free time does not exist especially in the first months and years. I think that’s the most important thing an entrepreneur needs to know at the beginning. It won’t be easy! As I also mention in my book, nine out of ten companies fail in the first five years. So the chance of belonging is 90%. Not a good chance, is it?

Now you come as an entrepreneur and say, “I’ll put on my pink glasses, I’ll start!” Because in the first few years everyone around you will also say, think whether this will really be something! Do you really think you’re making money with this? I don’t believe in it! Who believes in you? You yourself!

FIV: Founder – What do you need?

Self-confidence, patience and perseverance. I think these are the three essential things you need as an entrepreneur to start a successful business.

Now one or the other reader will surely say directly, where is the good idea? A good question because in the end it always depends on the founder. Whoever is a good salesman does not necessarily need a revolutionary product in the end. Accordingly, it is often not so important to have a revolutionary business idea that is absolutely innovative and unique. Whoever is a good salesman or whoever is a good saleswoman can make money out of everything.

Therefore, the absolute foundation is that you function well as a founder. Nobody’s gonna tell you do this or do that. You’re the person who has to make the decisions. If you also have a good business idea, perfect.

FIV: Business idea – What is a proof of concept?

I speak of proof of concept in the book above all because many people who come to me focus absolutely on the business idea. But what they usually forget is profitability. No matter how nice an idea may be, if it doesn’t make money in the end, your start up will be one of the 90% that fail. That’s why it is so essential to think about bringing the entire model into a proof of concept at the very beginning of the business idea. That is, a business model that makes a profit at the end of the day.

FIV: How do you actually come up with a good business idea?

Create ideas? Go openly through the world. Second good tip, use the “unfair advantage”. You have already collected 10 years of contacts in the food industry? Why not start a start-up in the food industry? You are a good developer and know how to produce your own code? Build your own software with Membership System and Subscriber Payment. The unfair advantage is that you use the skills and qualifications you have to develop a business idea that gets the most out of your knowledge.

FIV: Could you perhaps give us an example from your company?

Of course, I prefer to combine my interests for being nerd, i.e. development, big data, conception, strategy with my interest for lifestyle. This is how Mix products, e.g. Influencer Fee, are created. This is a price calculator for Instagram, more precisely for agencies and for influencers. Exactly the same way my model agency was founded, the name Cocaine Models was still free, more exactly the domain www.cocainemodels.com. Spontaneously, one of the most renowned model agencies in Germany was founded. At the moment I combine my interest in marketing and real estate. This is exactly what I would recommend to other entrepreneurs who want to start their own start-up, do what you enjoy. Then the bookkeeping is only half as bad!

But not only the idea is important, of course it must also be discussed, preferably with friends or employees. No matter whether it’s about brainstorming and developing ideas or the subsequent validation, i.e. the verification with subsequent proof.

To sum up, I think we can say this. Always ask yourself these four questions:

  1. Are I a founder or entrepreneur type?
  2. How often does a company foundation fail?
  3. Is your idea profitable later in the market?
  4. I am also an entertainer and motivator?

FIV: Customers – How do you connect product and needs?

That’s a good question. Who came first? The hen or the egg? Ultimately, both elements, the customer’s needs and the product itself are always mutually dependent. However, it is important for entrepreneurs to know the needs and wishes of their customers. This allows ideas to be optimised and products to be optimised. In the end, one business idea is not worth much if it is not tailored to one’s own target group.

In principle, however, the customer’s needs always have priority. Also in brainstorming. In this way, new concepts in mobility, locomotion but also in all other areas emerge. In this aspect, niche products can be used particularly well. Niche products serve a very specific purpose. The more precisely the product is defined, the easier it is to sell with its USPs. Such niche products usually meet the exact needs of customers, e.g. the need for a special chocolate or the need for a very special fashion collection that underlines their own individuality. Basic needs such as food but also luxury goods always offer gaps that can be filled by smart entrepreneurs and business ideas.

Think therefore not only of your own idea but also of your potential customers. Where does your idea meet a need that arises for the customer?

Here’s another tip, which I like to say, take a product and put Bluetooth on it. What’s the meaning of this? There are many business areas that work well. However, they often miss developments, e.g. the development towards digitalisation, the development towards online trade or also the developments towards social media marketing. In this way you can use classic business ideas for yourself and adapt them to the new media. A good example of this is Kylie Jenner, the world’s youngest billionaire. She has built her empire primarily through media presence, social media presence and a smart family in the background. Of course everyone could say that it’s just make-up! Yes, that’s true, but it’s newly presented. Clever.

FIV: Advertising – Offline, Online and Costs?

Online! As we have just learned, we should take advantage of the unfair advantage we have as a young generation. Internet, social media, search engine optimization, social advertising, community management. Here we have a strategic and operational advantage over large, established companies.

Business plan, finance plan and pitch

FIV: Do I need a business plan?

Yes. The question is only in what form. If you have experience, you can of course also put your business plan together in your head. A business plan can consist of one page, but it can also contain 20 to 30 pages. Depending on the experience, but also on the business model, the different required scopes of the business plan differ. In my book, I explain exactly which parameters are used to determine how comprehensive a business plan must be. Basically, however, I would recommend everyone to outline their business model. Perhaps this can be compared well with a cheat sheet, at that time from school. Often the cheat sheet was no longer used in the class test, only the creation helped so much in learning that it was no longer needed in the exam situation. The same is true of the business plan, the more intensively one deals with one’s own business idea, the deeper it is anchored in oneself. This is important so that you can communicate your business idea quickly and easily. Towards employees, customers, bankers, investors but also towards many other stakeholders.

FIV: What do I have to write in the business plan?

Depending on the size of the business plan, the contents of the business plan naturally differ. In principle, however, there are always the following points: In the beginning are the founders, then the business idea, then the customers and the market as well as the competition, then the proof of concept, i.e. the proof of how the business model works, the financing and then the development opportunities and future prospects. Doesn’t sound manageable, does it? This is exactly what the business plan is about, someone should get to know you and your business idea quickly and easily. Everything else is done by you in a personal conversation.

The next question is, do you need a financial plan?

FIV: Exactly! Do you need it and how do you create a financial plan?

Planning one’s own financing is particularly important because one must have an overview of how one’s own business is changing, e.g. as a result of increasing turnover but also fluctuating purchase prices, new business premises or expansion. The financial plan helps you to get a quick insight into your own company, even for third parties. A classic financial plan is usually drawn up for three years, and business figures can still be realistically forecast here. Financial plans over three years are far too speculative, especially in times of digital trading.

FIV: Pitch – What is a pitch?

Those who have internalized all the principles as founders, developed their own business idea, business plan and financial plan, will sooner or later find themselves in the situation of having to hold their first pitch. You have to pitch in front of customers, e.g. to sell your own product or service. But you also have to pitch in front of bankers and investors, e.g. to obtain financing, credit or investment.

The situation is always very different, some pitches are organized, five teams participate and each has ten or fifteen minutes. Another time you happen to meet a successful person at an event and only have 15 to 30 seconds to tell him about your business idea. Depending on the pitch it has to be prepared but also organized. Therefore there are two different shapes, the Elevator Pitch and the Full Pitch. The Elevator Pitch is especially about convincing someone quickly, e.g. to get another phone call or to get the contact data to send further information.

FIV: What do you have planned next? Can you tell us anything yet?

I’d love to. I’m working on my new real estate portal right now. Currently we are available in two languages, German and English. My goal is to connect international customers with national providers. My favorite example of the time is an undeveloped plot in Beverly Hills for 540 million euros. Personally, however, I love an estate in Central Park. The previous owner furnished the entire property on 5 floors in the style of the French Sun King. Thus, one has an incredibly pompous property in the middle of the Central Park in New York, but it doesn’t look kitschy at all but extremely luxurious. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it?

Bloggers and influencers are the new superstars. Just as musicians, whose careers are pursued at an early age, actors but also athletes, are part of people’s lives from an early age. Social media is only a digital representation of our social needs. Just as real, social life can no longer be imagined without, digital, social life can no longer be imagined without.

FIV: What is your new book about, the second edition of The Social Book?

More and more people want to study social media, do vocational training or further education to become a social media manager. Regardless of whether you are an independent person, employee or company, it is extremely important for many to know the basics and, of course, the possibilities that arise, for example, from group marketing or social advertising. Many existing books in the trade were not written by agency managers, but by authors. As a result, some books lack the depth that is needed in real, practical everyday business. Of course it is nice to talk about Facebook channel pictures or profile pictures, but in the end it depends on completely different success factors. Community management plays an important role here. FIV: Do you have a Best Practice example from your agency for us?

What I personally particularly enjoy is working with influencers. In general I like to work with people, earlier as a bartender, then with my advertising agency. Today I especially like to connect my model agency with the social media world. One of my highlights was therefore my first big influencer event, in Munich for a big insurance company. Together with top people, among them Pamela Reif, we dedicated a day to sport.

For the customer, we reached 7.2 million contacts in 48 hours. All this with a very positive theme, exercise, nutrition and sport. This was of course the highlight for the customer. My personal highlight was the following story. Our guests are not only great influencers like Pamela Reif, but also tennis world champion Angelique Kerber. My brilliant idea, if we already have a tennis world champion, then we should also have a tennis court. Our location was at the Munich Olympic Stadium, on the 35th floor, the Rooftop.

My big task was to install a tennis court on the Rooftop. Not just a tennis court, a stable tennis court that can also be played by a world champion. In the morning I stood with three of my employees in the Bauhaus, because no company wanted to take over such a risky project. We had promised a tennis court, said, done. So we stood in the hardware store and bought everything possible to install a tennis court. Grünewald nets, wooden posts for stabilization and of course paint for markings. Turf could not be missing either. As digital the world of social media marketing and influencer marketing is, that was one of the moments that I believe will always be remembered. We are building a tennis court at the Olympic Stadium in Munich, on the 35th floor. And it worked! 20 Influencers visited our small place and of course Angelique Kerber. No ball, no gust of wind has brought down our tennis court! Very good for us and of course also for the insurance.

At the end of the day, everything worked out well and we provided our customers with millions of contacts.

FIV: What are social networks and what makes them different?

Now we come to the theory! What constitutes social networks is the coupling to the real world. Group dynamics take place in the digital world as well as in the offline world. People chat, exchange information, blaspheme, rejoice, mourn together, real life happens here, only digitally. But the great attraction of social networks is that you don’t have to meet in a fixed place. Information can be constantly exchanged with the whole world, just as information from the whole world can be received at any time. This has changed the world extremely and it has made itself faster.

FIV: What is the purpose of social media in everyday life?

Social media facilitates many processes in everyday life. From the simple appointment with the girlfriend, to the exchange of teaching materials with students but also work colleagues who coordinate appointments from here. Social networks have therefore become important not only for private individuals, but of course also for companies. Social media thus fulfils the purpose of constant and almost time-independent communication. A means of communication that has never before been available to humans in this form. This is exactly the recipe for the success of Web 2.0. For the first time, users are not only beginners, they can send information themselves. So-called User Generated Content.

FIV: What is User Generated Content?

Very briefly explained, in the past there was a transmitter receiver model that provided few transmitters, e.g. radios or TV stations, magazine, today this transmitter receiver model has changed. Platforms such as Facebook, YouTube and older platforms, which nobody knows any more, such as MySpace, can make anyone a sender of information. Because the majority of people on social networks also publish content, regularly or irregularly, new content is constantly being produced. This User Generated Content brings social networks to life. At the same time, companies can extract information from user-generated content in ways never before possible. Who has what interests? Who has what hobby? Who is in which life situation?

FIV: Why do companies use social media marketing?

Today, users reveal their private lives. Perfect for social media marketing and social media advertising. Such private information has never been obtained before. Who is actually interested in financing or a credit card? On the other hand, who is interested in investments? Social media marketing thus allows companies to act much more privately. On the one hand through the private information that can be used, for example, in social advertising, and on the other you offer the possibility of direct communication in social networks. This improves collaboration with customers and makes the brand more attractive to consumers.

In addition, social media offers the unbeatable advantage of relatively low costs compared to traditional, overbooked media channels. Who wants to make e.g. in the radio advertisement, that lies fast with 10.000 €. For 10.000 € a good social media agency can easily reach 200.000 people. However, not about a little language that goes down between other advertising blocks, but with targeted addressing.

FIV: How does social media marketing actually work?

The be-all and end-all is regular content and community management. Regular content ensures that the algorithm of social networks own the channel’s upward stages. However, this does not only mean regular publications, but also constant interaction with your own community. When I talk to you for advice, I often say take the first 1,000 fans seriously! Many hope for the big breakthrough and directly 100.000 fans, but that only works if you take the first people seriously and face them accordingly. With every new comment, with every new one I like, my own social media posting continues to progress. The more frequently a posting is published, the more frequently the community interacts with the posting, the more lasting the effect will be. So social media is not just publishing content that has already been published on other channels. Social media is an independent world, which should also be perceived by companies accordingly.

FIV: What skills and knowledge does a Social Media Marketing Manager need?

The Social Media Manager wants to be, he must master creativity above all. You constantly have to publish new content, think about campaigns and have ideas. That’s why I think creativity is the most important thing for a social media manager. Then comes organisational talent, a feeling for social media, tendencies and trends, but also the classic, commercial, belongs to it e.g. when you compile lists with results in monitoring. Becoming a social media manager is relatively easy in administration, in conception, a lot of talent is added. Therefore, it is also difficult to answer the question, training or study, what would you recommend? It is important for young social media managers to gain practical experience in agencies. After all, this is not only about posting, but also about community management, customer care and the monitoring I just mentioned.

FIV: What are the central topics that young social media managers learn in your book?

For me it’s all about the basic understanding of social media, because ultimately the world in social networks changes so fast that you can’t put up valid theories for which postings definitely work. If something is to function definitively, it needs consideration, planning and expertise. For this, young people who want to enter the world of work need above all an understanding of how social networks have changed over the short years.

In addition, there is a large portion of community management, with which ultimately it is all about group dynamics and group activity.

The third big point in the book is advertising. Social Advertising is about bringing contributions to the top through paid reach. The more often the right people see the content of our social media channel, the more likely it is that you will use our product on the supermarket shelf or in the online shop.
