FIV: First of all, we would like to thank you again for taking the time for this interview. Beauty and especially skin care is a big topic for you and on your social media channels. What are currently your three favorite skin care brands and why?

Emira: I don’t have a specific favorite brand, as my experience is that each product works differently, one better, the other less effective.

Beauty – No fun but frustration

FIV: Since it is such a big topic for you, we would be interested to know when you discovered your passion for skin care?

Emira: This came about during the time when I decided to take control of my skin on my own and through a lot of research, I came across the causes of my blemishes. Before that, I’ll be completely honest, I had absolutely no fun with beauty and make up, as it was always frustrating for me.

Tips for healthy & beautiful skin

FIV: In general, do you have any quick easy tips for beautiful and healthy skin for our readers?

Emira: My top 3 most effective tips that are suitable for any skin type and can be implemented immediately without necessarily buying anything new: pat the excess water into the skin after cleansing instead of drying it off; as hard as it sounds, reduce or even eliminate cow’s milk products and use sunscreen on your face daily.

Top 3 Make Up Products: Lip gloss, blush, …

FIV: Also everything about makeup can be found on your channels, what are your 3 makeup must-haves that are in your makeup bag?

Emira: A pink lip gloss, a blush and an eyelash curler are always in my makeup bag! Even if you don’t feel like putting on makeup: curved eyelashes with an eyelash curler make you look much more awake and stylish. Give it a try!

“Nothing More Desired Than a Safe Space.”

FIV: What inspires you to produce beauty and skin care content every day?

Emira: I remember how sad I used to be when new products or visits to the dermatologist did absolutely nothing for me. During this time I wanted nothing more than a save space that tells me that blemishes are not a bad thing and at the same time gives me solutions to problems and the experience of someone affected by them. In short: I want to save young people time, frustration and money with my content and strengthen their self-confidence.

Create cosmetic products & help people

FIV: Why do you know so much about beauty? Did you perhaps do an apprenticeship in this field?

Emira: After I tried so many products and was at some dermatologists and cosmetic studios, I spent a long time looking for long-term solutions and causes for acne and that has actually also changed a lot, so that my skin, without pill & Co. recover naturally. At the same time I worked for a manufacturer of cosmetic studio equipment in sales and had direct insight into the practice. Then I started to create cosmetic products myself and help people.

1.5 hours visit to the drugstore

FIV: That’s very exciting! Since you also regularly test and try out many products, how long does it take you to shop at the drugstore?

Emira: It depends, lately I always keep very short, because my skin does not like frequent changes of products at the moment. And if I quickly go out again, I’m not even tempted. But there were times when I was certainly also times 1.5h hours in the drugstore.

Emira: I like dm very much in itself, because there is now a lot of choice, but still very much like high-end alternatives, so I find Müller also quite good.

FIV: Hello dear Laura! First of all, we would like to thank you again for taking the time for this interview. Then we want to start right away. Among other things, you do a lot of acting content on your TikTok channel, what is it about acting that captivates you?

Laura: Well, I find it incredibly interesting that you can move into completely different roles, that you can simply play the most diverse things. And that you’re simply super changeable in acting. I think the changeability is just mega cool.

Laura’s Favorite: The Vampire Diaries

FIV: If you had the opportunity to star in an existing series or movie, which would it be and why?

Laura: I think I would love to be in The Vampire Diaries if I could, because it’s one of my favorite shows. I think the characters Elena and Katherine are really cool. It’s kind of the same character once, just once in the past and once in the present. It’s more like Catherine, because she’s a little bit meaner and toxic, and that’s really fun to play.

Joyn Production: The Boarding School Season 3

FIV: I would also be very interested to know if you have had other acting experiences and where?

Laura: Yes, I participated in a small Joyn production and had 4 shooting days there, the series was called the boarding school. You can still watch it and I was part of season 3. That was a lot of fun. But I’ve also been on stage myself for ages, certainly for 7/8/9 years and play in musicals.

Express emotions? Piano is the answer

FIV: You are also musical and play the piano. What excites you about playing the piano?

Laura: What excites me about playing the piano is that you can really relax, you play for yourself and for your soul and inner peace. When I sit down at the piano, I feel free and can express all my emotions. I think that’s super cool.

FIV: But also fashion can be found on your channel again and again. So I would like to know, when you are out and about in the city to do a little shopping, which three stores belong on the shopping list?

Laura: Good question! I often go to H&M for basics, like tops and stuff. Zara I find quite cool, there you can buy nice dresses and fancier things, but also Pull and Bear I like very much.

FIV: Should you come across a drugstore on your shopping trip, what do you definitely need to take with you?

Laura: Dry shampoo, toothpaste I actually also always take with me when I’m there, a new toothbrush, cotton pads and lip balm.

Travel and dance on Let’s Dance

FIV: Finally, I would be very interested to know if there is another dream of yours that you would like to fulfill?

Laura: I would love to travel a lot, but that’s not really my dream. In fact, I would love to dance on the show Let’s Dance. I’ve been watching it for ages with my grandmother, so I’m eager to take part.

Learning through tutorials

We all know and love them. The guys and gals who show us new and cool make-up looks every day on Instagram, YouTube & Co. Whether suitable for everyday use and with simple colors or totally gaudy, colorful and eye-catching perfect for the party that is coming up at the weekend. They explain us every single step, how we can achieve the result we see in front of us on the screen at home with the right techniques and products. But even when we do our best, it’s not always possible to achieve the result we’ve set ourselves as an example. Whether it’s because our lips aren’t as thick as those of the person we’re looking at or because our own eyelashes are just a few millimetres too short. But with most of the problems you can easily help with the right products.

Simply get longer eyelashes

Straight it fails with most at the eyelashes. Due to the weak hair growth in the face of most women suffer just these particularly often under, in their opinion, too short and often brittle eyelashes. But with the right product and a little practice, it is quite easy to create the perfect eyelash at home and also not too time-consuming. There are several methods that you can use to get your lashes the way you want them at home. With the right care products, you can make your natural lashes stand out even without make-up.
