July 2023: David Grusch, former Air Force officer and intelligence coordinator, appears before the Oversight Committee of the US House of Representatives. November 2004, USS Nimitz, Pacific. Fighter pilot David Fravor is sent to an unknown radar contact. What he sees: a white, wingless object, about twelve meters long. As Fravor approaches, it accelerates in seconds to a speed that exceeds any known jet – and disappears. A little later: the same object on another sensor, 60 miles away.

The Pentagon video of this contact was officially released in 2020. It is the most significant UAP footage in history – because it comes from verified military sources, was recorded with calibrated equipment, and is witnessed by multiple independent observers. No weather balloon explains it.

The release of the files in 2026 is the result of years of political pressure. Since the 1940s, the US military has been collecting UAP reports – and consistently classifying them. Many still partially redacted. But the declassified portion is enough to make a statement with certainty: The phenomena were not ignored. They were systematically recorded. The classic among the SUV e-cars: the Model X from Tesla

The Tesla Model X is the oldest E-SUV model on the market and still one of the best in terms of range. This model has been on the market since September 2015, the technical basis is the Model S from Tesla. The large-capacity car has room for seven passengers and with its two luggage compartments (the space under the bonnet remained free) more than enough storage space. History since 1949: H&K stands for quality

Heckler & Koch was founded in 1949 by Alex Seidel, Edmund Heckler and Theodor Koch. The company was founded in the old Mauser weapons factory in Oberndorf. In the course of the build-up of the German Wehrmacht in the early 1950s, the company received an order to manufacture the G3 automatic army rifle in .308 Winchester caliber.

H&K was one of the first gun manufacturers to use a polygonal barrel profile. This type of barrel has no grooves and lands, but a polygonal interior that ensures a certain rotation of the bullet. Many of H&K’s innovations from the field of military weapons have found their way into sporting and hunting rifles.

In addition to the ubiquitous MP5 submachine gun, H&K also developed a small line of specialty rifles for sniping. The HK VP-70 from the 1970s predated Gaston Glock’s famous Glock 17 by more than a decade. In the mid-1980s, H&K developed a special caseless army rifle, the G11.

Hard times and regeneration

After losing several government contracts, financial worries began to plague H&K. A particularly hard blow was that the US armed forces chose the Beretta M9 over the P7M13 for the sidearm issued. The G11 project also hit a wall as interest waned.

In March 1991 H&K was bought by the British Royal Ordnance. In 1995 the company was taken over by the German Wischo Group.

The USP pistol that H&K had developed around this time began to attract interest. The United States Special Operations Command chose the MK23 SOCOM pistol as their special operations pistol.

In 1997, H&K introduced a new rifle design called the G36 in the form of an assault rifle, light machine pistol and carbine. Unlike the G3 design, which had been H&K’s bread and butter, the G36 eschews the roller locking system in favor of a rotary locking system.

The German weapons law is clearly regulated: CO2 pistols are freely marketable up to 7.5 joules (on adults). But are there exceptions?

Why does the gun have more than 7.5 joules?

As you will see in the later video, the pistol does not shoot projectiles inside its barrel, but your project is pushed as an arrow over the barrel. And this is the crux of the matter, if your projectile is not shot through the barrel, but put on, as an arrow, the pistol is no longer regarded as a weapon, but as a toy – honestly true!

Through this “gap in the law”, the Arcus Viper CO2 is freely marketable in Germany! You don’t need a gun license and you can order it in online shops or buy it in the gun trade. Although the model is very rare, therefore you will have no chance in the weapon business, all the same whether in Berlin or Munich, look best directly on-line for dealers!

Due to the aforementioned gap in the law, the Arcus Viper is allowed to produce significantly more joules (+36.5 joules) than an ordinary CO2 pistol, such as the Walther P99, the Glock 17 or Sig Sauer P226.

How does the arrow differ from a diabolo?

First of all, weight plays a decisive role. The arrow is more than ten times as heavy as a diabolo. Correspondingly more power he brings with him in flight and correspondingly more kinetic energy he brings with him when hitting the target. The case consists of a hollow tube that I leave stuck on the gun, or the barrel of the pistol. As you may already know, you don’t have the possibility to fire several shots while shooting. After every single shot you have to reload the weapon.

Here also a word of caution is appropriate, with such a kinetic energy and a thrust of 34 joules, the weapon is in relation to a CO2 pistol with 7.5 joules, already another caliber. When purchasing the weapon, pay even more attention than usual to a secure breech and safekeeping. While a CO2 gun with 7,5 Joule causes a relatively small damage, a weapon with 34 door and pointed arrow is very dangerous.

Shoots the gun with CO2 capsules as well?

Have fun pumping! The weapon consumes so much energy when firing (or should have so much pressure that you can shoot several times) that you have to fill a separate air chamber yourself. Just like a rubber dinghy, you start with an air pump and press more and more air through the valve into the gun.
