Summer statement in the middle of Cologne

Hot, bold, unstoppable: Heidi Klum appears on the 84 square meter mural in a light blue “Shiny Satin” bikini – flawless, photorealistic, a real eye-catcher. The work of art was created in just four days directly on the wall of a building in Cologne’s Friesenviertel district. Blue, shiny and larger than life – the new mural shows Heidi Klum in a bikini from the current Calzedonia “Shiny Satin” campaign.

In just four days, artist MaCChine and the creative collective CC Allstars painted the 84 m² work of art on the wall of the building – completely freehand.

A performance with star power

On the day of the unveiling, Heidi Klum appeared in person. In a denim-on-denim look with a light blue bikini, she posed radiantly in front of the mural. Relaxed, in a good mood and all Heidi, she took the opportunity to sign her oversized image with a spray can in her hand – to applause, a flurry of flashbulbs and shouts of “Heidi!”, of course.

G-Star Raw: Just the product

The Dutch jeans and fashion brand G-Star Raw was founded in Amsterdam in 1989 and is especially known for its jeans. But did you actually know what the “Raw” in the name of the brand stands for?! This is about the fact that the jeans remain as untreated as possible, so raw, as in “raw”. The raw, unwashed materials form the basis of each collection, which is why the correct name of the brand is G-Star Raw, even if it is rather known only as G-Star.

Etro is an Italian fashion and luxury goods company founded in 1968 and based in Milan. The family business Missoni in the field of fashion and luxury goods from 1953 is internationally known for colorful textiles and knitwear made of a variety of materials with colorful stripes in zigzag pattern or herringbone and patchwork design. Antonio Marras

Antonio Marras is an Italian fashion designer of his own eponymous brand. Since his first experiences in fashion, Marras stands out for his experiments, for his ability to capture the different realities around him, the mixtures with art, music, dance, theater and cinema. Fashion is for him a means of communication.

Thus, he is also the first designer to be housed in the prestigious Foundation for Contemporary Art.

He is known for his intellectual curiosity and for his research, always far from fashion clichés. In his vision, year after year, his creations speak of identity, of exiles and refugees, of multiculturalism, of the world and of destiny.

Classic colors from William Fan at Fashion Week

Relatively dark is the summer collection 2023 from William Fan. All the more striking are the particularly colorful pieces. A chromatic style top shimmers orange and green. The floor-length blue and black dress with cutouts also stands out.

Tod’s

Tod’s S.p.A. is an Italian fashion group known mainly for shoes, bags and leather accessories in the upper price segment

A high-quality, elegant leather moccasin with rubber studs on the sole became the company’s best-seller. The fact that in the 1980s Fiat heir Giovanni Agnelli, among others, was pictured wearing Tod’s shoes, and in the 1990s Princess Diana was pictured wearing a Tod’s handbag, contributed significantly to the brand’s reputation.

Rebekka Ruétz shows in her summer collection an elegant, but also modern style. With light tones like white, beige and a bright yellow every look is a summer eye-catcher. The models show the outfits with cool accessories like a small handbag or even headphones.
