A condominium owners’ association (WEG) is an association of owners of apartments in a common building.

The community of owners can be described like this:

Seoul Fashion Week

Cute prints paired with rough Tec Wear – designers like Minju Kim show their skills at Seoul Fashion Week. Until 2020, models walked the runway at Dongdaemun Design Plaza. That changed due to the pandemic, as more space was needed. In 2021, the fashion show moved to the National Museums of Korea and turned it into a catwalk. Tokyo Fashion Week

Comme des Garçons, Y-3, Sacai and Undercover – Japanese brands that present their latest collections every year at Tokyo Fashion Week. Japanese fashion never fails to excite onlookers, appearing so very different from Western fashion. With a different conception of the body, often oversize cuts and tec-wear are shown here, which looks graceful and elegant despite their large and unusual volumes.

But not only the more famous brands, also young designers are extremely supported here, which is one of the mottos of Tokyo Fashion Week. The shows are mostly spread all over the city, but often take place in the young district of Shibuya, Tokyo’s fashion district.

Social media is more important than ever, as the ongoing pandemic has shown us. TikTok and Instagram are influencing our daily lives like never before. Everyone stays at home and has time on their hands, so the internet is just too flooded with new videos and posts. There are 4.4 billion active social media users in the world between now and then – hard to believe, but that’s more than half of the entire population! The Corona pandemic has made a huge mark on the industry and social media has gained tremendous importance. In just one year, from October 2019 to October 2020, the number of social media users increased by 453 million users. An average person spends almost two hours a day on social media – this was unimaginable just a few years ago. The most popular platform among young people today is TikTok, a network based solely on videos. Berlin Fashion Week

Fashion Week 2007 has also seen the light of day in Germany. In addition to the well-known big labels and shows, the Berlin Fashion Week is committed to making young designers and talents known. With the “Neo Fashion Week” in Berlin, which takes place every year a little earlier than the “real” Fashion Week, the organizers give students from fashion schools all over Germany the opportunity to present themselves.

In addition to the regular shows, there are further trade fairs and workshops every year, where fashion enthusiasts from all over the world can exchange ideas. While these still took place at the Brandenburg Gate in 2016, the Fashion Week has been moved to the “Kraftwerk” in Berlin Mitte for the last few years.
