Soba and Shirataki Noodles – In the diverse world of Asian noodles, there is always room for discovery and taste sensations. Today we invite you on a culinary journey to explore the benefits of Soba noodles and Shirataki noodles. Both originate from Japan, but their uniqueness and culinary merits make them true gems in the world of noodle dishes. Quick, calorie-conscious and delicious, 2 great tips from <hiddenlink href="https://fivmagazine.de/japanische-kueche-diese-gesunden-zutaten-solltest-du-kennen-14-tipps-aus-japan/" data-type="post" data-origin="de" data-origin-url="/?p=183995">Japanese cuisine</hiddenlink>.

Soba Noodles: The nutty ones from buckwheat

Soba noodles are a prime example of Japanese elegance. They are thin, elongated and have that characteristic brown color that tickles the palate with anticipation. Their main ingredient is buckwheat flour, though there are also varieties with a touch of wheat flour. Of course, you don’t have to prepare the noodles yourself; you can conveniently buy soba noodles online, at the supermarket or Asia market. Why are they so special?

Calorie Conscious & Gluten Free

Soba noodles are your choice if you want to enjoy delicious noodles without making your calorie counter skyrocket. These noodles are not only a treat for the palate, but also for the body. They are rich in fiber, protein and a wide range of vitamins and minerals that support a healthy lifestyle.

Another reason to be happy is that soba noodles made from pure buckwheat flour are gluten-free. This makes them the perfect choice for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease.

Soba Noodles: Homemade

This is how delicious you can prepare soba noodles at home.

Shirataki noodles: The low calorie from konjac root

Shirataki noodles, on the other hand, are the epitome of light and low in calories. They are transparent and have a gel-like texture because they are made from konjac root or konjac flour. Why do they radiate so much joy?

Calories & Low Carbohydrate

If you’re looking for a low-calorie pasta option, shirataki noodles are like a godsend. They are virtually calorie-free and allow you to enjoy noodle dishes to the fullest. In addition to their low calorie count, shirataki noodles are also low in carbohydrates, making them a popular choice for low carb diets.

Creative cuisine

With their neutral texture, these noodles are like a blank canvas for the creation of delicious dishes. They absorb the flavors of sauces and spices and blend in as if joyfully setting the stage for culinary masterpieces. You can easily find delicious Shirataki recipes online.

Healthy and light

You can also easily order Shirataki noodles online or buy them in supermarkets and Asia stores.

Which is better: udon or soba?

The choice between udon and soba noodles depends on your personal preferences. Udon noodles are thicker and smoother, while soba noodles delight with their nutty flavor. If you want to avoid gluten, soba noodles are the clearer choice.

We have been followingLaura Sophie Müller and her husband Michael Wendler for a long time. Since Michael Wendler left the DSDS jury, it has become quiet around Laura. Tonight Laura’s husband reports back: “Statement: Top News”. “You have to accept people who don’t have an opinion.” Okay! Time to ask: What is Laura actually doing and what happened?

DSDS off, advertising deals and Instagram statement

After her husband left the jury of DSDS came the big bang: His Insta-story in several parts, against the current Corona measures. Not only the end of DSDS, also advertising partners have jumped off, like Kaufland, more on that in a moment.

Since then, it’s been quiet around “our” Laura! Laura’s Instagram still says “Wifey to @wendler.michael”. So she still loves him, stands by her man.

The last common picture: 5 weeks old

The last picture of the two together on Laura’s Instagram channel is a whole 5 weeks old. Since then, there has only been one Halloween post.

Instagram Statement on Corona & Laura

Update. In the night the pop singer has reported back.

As just reported in Exclusive, Laura’s husband is rowing back a bit. Already at the beginning of the speech on Insta he makes one thing clear:

“He is not a conspiracy theorist or a denier”.

Although just a month ago he said on Instagram “due to the alleged Corona pandemic”. This has caused him to lose many endorsement deals. He also announced that he will return to the stage at the end of the year.

Then he also comes to his wife: Laura. It was billed as “Statement: Top News.” A 12-minute monologue. What does he say to Laura?

As an influencer, she is self-employed

The Wendlers? With this statement he wants to make clear that both careers run independently of each other. That his contracts are terminated has nothing to do with the chances for Laura.

“She is young woman who is completely apolitical and who has no opinion of her own on the actions of the government.”

He goes on to say:

“You have to accept people who don’t have opinions.”

Okay!

And what does Laura do? Lasagna

Laura diligently posts stories of her Wendler lasagna.

After DSDS jury out: What happened?

What happened? Michael Wendler was supposed to become the 4th jury member of the new season of “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” next to Dieter Bohlen, Mike Singer and Maite Kelly. But during the filming Michael Wendler stayed away from the set of the production. During the ongoing live casting, many still wondered what was wrong with him. He provided the answer himself on Instagram, as Corona measures opponent.

Kaufland commercial: deal off the rails

On the same weekend, the new Kaufland commercial was released. Directly on Monday, the supermarket chain withdrew the commercial and the associated campaign.

Uncle Sam product placement: deal falls through

Another deal that fell through due to the exit is a product placement for the sports / clothing brand “Uncle Sam”. Almost everyone knows the founder of the brand: Robert Geiss, father of Davina Shakira Geiss and Shania Tyra Geiss.

According to insiders, the deal would have brought in 200,000 euros.

Laura unimpressed?

On Instagram, you can still find:

Wifey to @wendler.michael

Tip. We met with a social media expert earlier this year to learn more about Laura’s career. Read the interview here:
