We talked to Alisha about her life as a mom in this interview. Her daughter Mira recently turned one year old, which of course was also celebrated. We rewound the time to before the birth and asked for tips for expectant moms for you. She also talked to us about where she prefers to buy baby clothes and what 1-year-old Mira can already do. Civil: baby clothes from Turkey

FIV: Hello dear Alisha, we are glad that it works out with the interview today! Let’s get started then. On your social media channels, lifestyle and especially mom life are your main topics. We would like to talk about Mom Life first and would like to know in which stores you prefer to buy clothes for your daughter Mira?

Alisha: In Germany I like to go to H&M, Zara, C&A and Ernsting Family, but my favorite place to go is Civil when we are in Turkey. The selection and variety is simply the greatest there.

Daughter Mira: Crawling and eating alone

FIV: Mira turned one year old about a month ago. Would you like to tell us what the little one can already do?

Alisha: Mira discovered crawling one day after her birthday, now she walks with help on her hand or on different pieces of furniture. She doesn’t walk freely yet, but that’s not bad at all, I’m sure that will come soon. In addition, she can eat all by herself and learns more day by day.

Tips for expectant moms before birth

FIV: Oh how beautiful! Thinking back a year now, to the birth of Mira, do you have any tips for mamas-to-be who are about to give birth?

Alisha: Listen to yourself! Feel free to listen to experiences, but don’t let them drive you crazy, every birth and every mama is different! What helped me relax when it was going on: I kept thinking to myself the whole time, in a few hours I’ll have my baby in my arms. And when the contractions came more regularly, I just thought to myself: each contraction brings me a little closer to getting to know my daughter, to holding her in my arms and just looking at her. And most importantly, please don’t Google everything! That had me very unsettled. If you have questions, ask your midwife, your doctor or the hospital.

Pregnant means pickles with Nutella

FIV: Very often you hear that women discover unusual eating habits for themselves during pregnancy. Did you have crazy eating habits during pregnancy and if so, what were they?

Alisha: At the beginning of pregnancy I loved to eat pickles with Nutella or with jam. At the end of pregnancy I ate Milky Way galore!

FIV: What inspired you in general to get started with social media and share your momlife there?

Alisha: Hamza and I started as a couple and had a lot of fun, but I lacked self-confidence in the beginning, I was afraid of what others would think and was laughed at by friends, relatives or work colleagues even in real life. When I got pregnant and shared my little problems, many moms/pregnant women felt understood and not alone. This gave me food for thought. I started to think about how can I become more approachable for pregnant moms / mommies and over time more and more moms / pregnant women felt understood and this showed up on Instagram in my DMs as well. A lot of messages came with, “Thank you for bringing this up and addressing the issue” or “Thank you for showing openly and honestly that not everything is as rosy as it seems on social media” and that was the point that made me start showing my mommy life on my social media channels. I don’t only show nice days but also bad days, for example I also adressed my miscarriage. This is a topic that is always taboo, which I find very unfortunate. I openly and honestly admit that it still hurts me very much today and hope to give affected women out there some courage and not feel alone. I tell about my problems and also ask my community for advice, which means I include my community completely.

Plan: 2nd child at the end of the year

FIV: You are in the midst of a move, as you and your family are moving into your dream home. What was the deciding factor for you when looking for a house?

Alisha: We said we have to expand because our 3-room apartment with 2 cats has become too cramped in the long run. In addition, we plan to have a second child at the end of the year or at the latest in the new year. We have put a lot of emphasis on the fact that the house or even the apartment has a garden and at least 4-5 rooms. We are very grateful to have found the house and look forward to spending time with the three of us in our new home.

Dream house interior: Simple & modern

FIV: When it comes to furnishings in your dream home, have you thought about what direction you want it to go?

Alisha: Oh yes! It will be very simple, color-wise towards white and gray, also very modern from the furniture pieces. Mira’s room will also be simple, but child-friendly. We’ll work a lot with decorations or even colorful things like her pink ball pit.

FIV: Last but not least, since we’re on the topic of decor, we’d be interested to know: Where do you prefer to buy your decorations?

Alisha: I look online a lot, but when I’m out on the town, it’s always to Depot, TK Maxx and IKEA.

Sports: Future as a golf pro

This can also be seen in his current life. Shooting for Inga Lindström in Sweden

FIV: Hello Nadine, how nice that it worked out with the interview today. You are a successful actress and have most recently played the role of the
starring role. The film was shot in Sweden. How did you experience the filming and what did you enjoy most about your role?

Nadine: It was a very intense and beautiful time. The whole team lived in the same hotel and spent every day together for four weeks. The places where we shot were picturesque and I am very grateful for this beautiful experience. What I enjoyed most about my role was that I got to serve many different story lines – to my long-time relationship, my mother, the new love, etc. – and that I was able to do a lot of different things.

This is how Nadine manages to reconcile family and career!

FIV: As an actress, you travel a lot and sometimes have to shoot abroad, like you did recently in Sweden. That can certainly be quite stressful. How do you manage to reconcile your job with your family life – you also have a little daughter?

Nadine: That’s a challenge that all parents have to overcome, regardless of gender – not excluding us actors. In any case, it always involves a lot of planning. I don’t take on a job without first discussing it with my husband, and neither does he! And then I have great parents and parents-in-law who help us as much as they can.

These are the differences between a series and film shooting

FIV: Before that, you were in many TV series. How does shooting a film differ from shooting a series?

Nadine: The biggest difference is definitely the time. On a daily, for example, you have much less time for each individual scene than on a film. This means you can work more intensively on the film set and try things out more.

There’s a little bit of Nadine in every role!

FIV: Which of your roles have you been able to identify with the most so far?

Nadine: With every new role, I always bring in a bit of Nadine. And with every character, there are always qualities that I can identify with, and then there are some that I can’t identify with at all. So there is no role that stands out.

Since childhood: dream job actress

FIV: What inspired you to become an actress? Was that always your dream job?

Nadine: Absolutely. When I was eleven, I stood on a real theater stage for the first time and since then I knew this was it!

Kasia Lenhardt (†25) young mother, found dead

Only a few months ago Kasia told us how she would like to make a backpacker trip around Asian. But on 09 February 2021, the 25 year old was found lifeless in her apartment. A news in which we are at a loss for words. What Kasia had to go through in the last few days is unimaginable. A breakup with publication of private messages and intimate details, from her ex-boyfriend Boateng, made it hard for her. She had to fight against harsh bullying in the social media.

We wish the family and friends much strength during this difficult time.

FIV: Hey Kasia I’m glad you found the time to do an interview with me. Looking at your Instagram feed you always seem to be in beautiful places and above all you are very sporty. Tell us what was the most beautiful trip you ever took?

Kasia: It’s hard to say, because I have already made many great trips. But the most beautiful and formative was when I was alone in Paris. There is something very mystical about travelling alone.

Asia soon? New travel destinations as a mom

FIV: There are many beautiful places in the world and much to discover. Which destination would you like to travel to?

Kasia: There are a few, but I am mainly interested in Bali and some regions around Asia and Indonesia. I would like to do a backpacker trip, where I carry only the bare necessities with me and the focus is entirely on my surroundings.

FIV: You are also a mum, does your son always come along on your trips?

Kasia: That always varies. Of course, I try to have him with me on most trips. However, since I share Noan’s upbringing with his dad, he is often with his dad too.

Nutrition and a lot of discipline: recipe for success

FIV: You are a role model for many young girls. How do you find the time to do sports and what motivates you?

Kasia:

I love to play sports and exercise!

It’s the best way for me to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. When people ask me how I integrate regular gym visits into my everyday life, my answer is always: Plan the sports sessions into your daily routine! Sometimes that means getting up an hour earlier in the morning or doing a home workout before bed. You decide how far your discipline will take you.

Quick workout tips from Kasia!

FIV: Would you have some workout tips for our readers that have helped you a lot yourself?

Kasia: Exercise bands have helped me a lot. They fit in any bag and you can take them with you when you travel. I would also advise everyone to read up on bodyweight workouts. Then the excuse that you couldn’t make it to the gym doesn’t count anymore I also think the exercises are great and highly effective!

FIV: I’ve seen you post mostly high protein food and also prepare it yourself. What’s your favorite thing to eat after your workouts?

Favorite food? Oven vegetables, prawns, salmon, spinach

Kasia: That’s right, I try to eat a lot of protein. This way I make sure that my muscles are well supplied and their development is promoted. I’m always very hungry after a workout and prefer to eat oven vegetables, shrimp, salmon, spinach, etc. I like to serve it as a bowl and top it with lobster. Gladly dressed as a bowl and top it with hummus, feta and seeds. I love to just eat it!

Jerome Boateng: friend and football star

FIV: Your friend Jerome Boateng is a successful footballer. Sport seems to be very important in both of your lives.

Kasia: Yes, that’s true. But in Jerome’s life, sport is of course even more important than in mine. He motivates me a lot – his discipline is enviable!

Kasia at home! What do you do in your “everyday life as a mum

FIV: My last question would be: What’s a typical day like for you? Can it be very stressful with your son Noan?

Kasia: My everyday life is very well timed and planned. I get up around 6:00, make breakfast, take Noan to daycare and go to university. In the afternoon I pick him up again and try to do something nice with him (playground and other things that children of that age like to do).

When we’re home, I cook, do the housework, go about my jobs as an influencer and model, do a home workout if necessary, serve dinner, and then put Noan to bed. Once the little one is asleep, I study for college. On the weekends, Noan is almost always with his dad. I use this time to just switch off, or devote myself to things like studying and working. It’s a lot at the moment, but I generally “function” better when I have a lot to do and I’m also very grateful for all the opportunities that come my way.

Daughter of Yolanda and Mohamed Hadid

As the daughter of the Dutch model Yolanda Hadid, Bella Hadid was born in 1996 in Washington, D.C. into an already very successful family. She grew up as the second born, sheltered on a ranch in Santa Barbara and got to know the model business at an early age. A successful model mother, a real estate mogul father and an older sister who climbs the Model Olympus. You could say that the 23-year-old was born with a career as a model. As part of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, mother Yolanda regularly took the young Hadid sisters to the set or to photo shoots. FIV: Hi Elena, How are you? You are an amazing mother and influencer. When did you start blogging and what was your motivations for getting started?

I dedicate my mornings to Emma, who is almost 3 and really needy (hehe). Then it’s cleaning time, which takes me quite a big chunk of my time (a little bit of ocd here), cooking for the family, which is one of my favourite times as it relaxes me. When I have to be in London, I tend to mix up restaurant reviews, meetings, beauty treatments and events in one day, but I quite enjoy being busy. I get bored so easily, so a 9-5 desk job would depress me. I need to rest though and take it easy, but I just don’t have time for a holiday right now. Was going to kind of models school  for a year and then there was a competition in Moscow. After that I sign with the best agencies in the world like Trump models, Major, Storm ,Bravo, IMG and Next. So I started to work all around the world ( New York, London, Milan,Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Hamburg and many more.. It was a good experience I worked a lot. FIV: Kari Kari, you look like very busy between your shootings, travels, fashion events and also your daughter. How does your everyday life/ daily routine look like there?

Kari kari: Its not that easy to be a mother and still continue a normal life. You have to get used to it. And my family helps me a lot. Without my family I couldn’t do it at all. They help me with my daughter and also my mom helps me with instagram. My daily routine looks pretty much simple. I wake up, doing some sports. Then having a breakfast with my daughter and family. Then 1-2 hours i spend in my laptop. Doing some work. Then  different if i need to do some meeting, or I travel or I enjoy the day with my friends and family. And I work also with my phone before going to sleep.Then can read a book.

And also I love Zara and little shops in la Maree. I love to mix clothes. For me its not important the brand. Its have to look cool. Can be even t-shirt from H&M or vintage shop. And my favorites restaurant is Costes, Chez Mila, Derrière , Mademoiselle Mouche , Le Marta, Le Georges, Loulou .

FIV: As a fashion influencer and model, what are your fashion must-haves and why?

Kari kari: I would say my fashion must have its perfect jeans, white shirt and comfortable and beautiful shoes. I love beautiful and comfortable clothes and shoes. Its must have when you have a kid.

FIV: Kari kari, you are used to work with beauty and skincare brands to get a perfect skin. What’s your secret? Which products do you recommend? And What are your top 5 beauty essentials that you cannot travel without?

 Kari kari: I am actually not crazy about any skincares brands. I use most of the time natural creams I get in pharmacy or I love Korean cosmetics. And for travel I take cream for hands Nevea, lipstic bourjois, parfum Kilian , bb cream erborian and I love the water for face Evian.

How to improve your Instagram photos?

FIV: Your instagram pictures are amazing and beautiful! As a model and influencer, do you have some advices for people who want to improve their Instagram photos ?

Kari kari: You need a patient and you need to love to do pictures. I use some apps for making:It more  interesting . Its called VSCO, Presco, Facetune.

FIV: You are also used to attend many events. What was your biggest success/ your favorite moment as an Influencer?

Kari kari: My favorite moment as an influencer is that I can cooperate with very big brands all around the world. Like Mac cosmetics ,Wella ,Evian, Kilian, Shein and some others. I was also nominated in Influencer Awards Monaco last year. Which is a good sign for me. And also I Can share all the beautiful pictures I did with my followers and inspire some other people also. Now days it’s bringing me money. I still looking for better success then I have now and am sure there is more to come. Its not an easy job as everyone think.

Madeleine: Of course for me travelling is not like for a holidaymaker, it is my job. But I enjoy photographing and sharing with my community a lot, so I don’t see it as an obligation. Besides, you can still freely choose what you share from your travels and what you don’t.
